Embroidering since before I was 10 years old, I had dabbled in several techniques like cross stitch, thread wrapped buttons, kumihimo, sashiko, and hitomezashi. My writing on the subjects of textiles have appeared in Embroidery Canada, Dolls, Backwoods Home, Moshi Moshi, Edmonton Stitcher, and PieceWork Magazine.
